convenient parking w/ any parking fees prepaid, adequate work space (area, table, 2 chairs, drinking water,
weather protection,lighting etc) for the artist- You may rent my equipment if you don’t have your own.

1. Parties
are reserved only once the retainer and the contract are complete and received.
2. Karina Konupek, Face Painting and Body Artistry ByKarina.com, or its representatives, though insured, are NOT responsible for any
injuries, negligence, allergic reactions, or incidences caused by unruly behavior by guests during a party.
3. A non-refundable
retainer of $
50 (1hr booking) $85
(2-3 hr booking) is required upon booking. This retainer may be paid by credit
card, check or cash. Your remaining balance of $ .00 must

5. Cancellations: Within 10 days
of the event, the customer will have the privilege to reschedule within 60 days time and subject to availability. Cancellations

Painting.com paints at an approximated rate of 7 to 25 designs per hour, due to the nature of our style we cannot create
an exact amount. We will do our best to limit the designs to satisfy as many children as we can fit in
